Shipping Policy

Bayou U merchandise is made to order. Please allow time for both production and shipping.

Production time
Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted for production. Production times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or if a product is temporarily out of stock.

Shipping time
Shipping times vary depending on the product, destination, and shipping method selected. For most U.S. orders using Standard Shipping, delivery typically takes approximately 2–5 business days after production is complete.

Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and the delivery destination.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships.

Multiple packages
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are produced by different fulfillment facilities.

Incorrect shipping addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@bayouu.com. Once an order has entered production or shipping, address changes may not be possible.

Delays
Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
